Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Laurio, provided by Vibestream LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What Laurio is

Laurio is an organization and planning tool. It is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Please read the Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• Keep access to your email account secure; it is how you sign in.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the information and files you add. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to operate Laurio for you, including sending limited text to our AI provider when you turn AI suggestions on, as described in the Privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Only upload evidence that is truthful and that you have the right to store.
• Don't use Laurio to create false, misleading or fabricated evidence.
• Don't attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or scrape it.

5. Third-party links and opportunities

Opportunities you save link to other websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms or decisions.

6. Fees

Laurio Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period and aren't charged again. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any price change applies to you.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Laurio is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the outcome of any immigration filing. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Laurio at any time and ask us to delete your account and data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
