Privacy policy

Laurio holds sensitive career and immigration-related information, so we collect as little as we can and use it only to run the service for you. Laurio is operated by Vibestream LLC.

What we collect

• Account: your email address.
• Profile: name, field and the path you're tracking, if you add them.
• Content: evidence entries, uploaded files, forwarded emails, opportunities and weekly actions you create.
• Billing: your plan and subscription status from Stripe (not your card details).
• Sharing: the email addresses of attorneys you choose to share with.
• Technical: basic logs our hosting providers keep to run and secure the service.

How we use it

Only to provide Laurio to you: storing and showing your records, generating your exhibit index, and, if you turn it on, AI suggestions. We don't sell your information and don't use it for advertising.

AI processing

AI suggestions are off by default. When you turn them on, Laurio sends evidence titles, criteria labels, opportunity names and deadlines, and your field to Anthropic, our AI provider, to generate suggestions. Uploaded files are never sent. You can turn this off at any time in Settings.

Service providers

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
• Vercel: web hosting and scheduled reminders.
• Stripe: payments for Pro. Laurio never sees or stores your full card number.
• Resend: sign-in, reminder and invitation emails, and receiving emails you forward to your vault.
• Anthropic: AI suggestions, only if you turn them on.

Security

Your records are protected by row-level security so only your account, and any attorney you choose to share with, can read them. Files are stored in a private bucket and opened through short-lived links. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you suspect a problem.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your entries and files at any time, and delete your account and all associated data yourself in Settings. You can remove an attorney's access at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access or correct your data.

Children

Laurio is not intended for anyone under 18.
